How new agents join:

  1. Jarvis identifies what agent is needed
  2. Jarvis briefs Friday with full context
  3. Friday builds the agent (IDENTITY.md, SOUL.md, TOOLS.md)
  4. Jarvis reviews and tests with sample requests
  5. Agent goes live and is added to roster
